"Moulin Rouge!" is a popular show with our members, who call it "entertaining," "delightful," and a "must see" with "great singing" and "great staging," so we just added more Show-Score Socials! Our tickets are up to 20% for this hit musical.

What are we seeing and when?

"Moulin Rouge!" at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 W 45th Street) on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 7:00 PM and Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 8:00 PM.

What is a Social?

We buy a bunch of tickets at a great price to a show and invite our members to join us. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. After the show, we hang out together and discuss what we just saw.

What's the Story?

Based on Baz Luhrmann’s Oscar-winning film, and featuring many of its iconic songs, the world-premiere musical invites you to experience the sweeping grandeur of Paris’s most spectacular dance hall.

What's the deal?

The tickets are $179 in the side/rear orchestra (savings of 20%) blue on the seat map, $199 in mid mezzanine 1 (savings of 10%) - Red on the seat map$169 in the mid mezzanine 2 (savings of almost 10%) - yellow on the seat map, and $119 in the rear mezzaninegreen on the seat map. These prices include our fee and one house wine, domestic beer, or soda on Show-Score after the show. To view the seat maps, click the "Buy Tickets" button, and then click "view seat locations" under the date of your choice. We make every effort to seat entire parties together, but we are limited to the seating sections provided by the box office.

What else do I need to know?

  • We really encourage you to come by yourself if you can’t find a friend. The whole point of a “social” is to meet fellow Show-Score members who love theater like you do!
  • The tickets are non-refundable. We’ll assign the seats from the ones we bought. Each ticket price includes all fees.
  • A Show-Score Rep will be there to meet you. You’ll get an email in advance so you know who you’ll see there. No waiting in line at the box office!
  • We'll meet after the show. We will let you know the meeting place, and host the gathering. We will cover your drink (domestic beer, house wine, or soda)!

If you’re interested but can’t make the dates, or if the seats are gone, please click the buttons above to join the waitlist or choose another date -- we’ll use that info to try and get more seats!

Set in the Montmartre Quarter of Paris at the turn of the century, a world of indulgent beauty and unparalleled extravagance, of bohemians and aristocrats, of boulevardiers and mademoiselles, "Moulin Rouge! The Musical" tells the fictional story of an ambitious, lovesick writer, Christian, and a dazzling, entrancing chanteuse, Satine. Their lives collide at the Moulin Rouge with its many characters including the host, Harold Zidler, the brilliant and starving artist Toulouse-Lautrec, the greatest tango dancer - and gigolo - in all of Paris, Santiago, the tempting Nini, and The Duke of Monroth, the wealthy and entitled patron of the club who thinks he can buy anything he wants, including love. Directed by Tony nominee Alex Timbers, with a book by Tony winner John Logan.
