See it if You are looking for a classic, polished production that provides entertainment for adults and children alike. Masterful puppetry, staging.
Don't see it if You are not impressed by the Disney aesthetic, or stage magic that requires imagination.
See it if you are in NYC, especially if you rarely see a Broadway show because it is the quintessential entertainment with story, music and spectacle.
