Delightful, Clever

See it if you want to see a well adapted, updated Chekhov. Well performed, especially the brother and sister who represent the old guard.

Don't see it if Chekhov is not your thing. No intermission at about 90 minutes.

Quirky, Riveting, Great writing, Great acting, Clever

See it if Well adapted, directed&acted play on social issues experienced by a fam@the vigil of an economic disaster.Strong cast esp DeAlma as Lopaklvin

Don't see it if It would help to familiarize yourself with Chekov's Cherry Orchard BUT skip this one if you do not enjoy Chekov's plays.

Barebones set, Relevant themes, Somewhat rapetitious, Interesting characters, Fine acting

See it if you like excellent acting, characters traits that are realistic interesting, themes & good dialog.

Don't see it if you don't mind somewhat repetitious presentation of thematic elements & dislike examination of conflicting characters and their ideas.

Slow, Refreshing

See it if into Chekhov's classic trimmed and modernized; a lovely production.

Don't see it if mostly well presented, if slow at times even with the trimming. Peter's first outfit was odd, and the uncle was played a bit shticky. Read more

Entertaining, Clever, Edgy, Quirky, Great writing

See it if you are familiar with the story and would like to see a quick retelling that brings current issues to new light from the original work.

Don't see it if you do not like bare bones productions, fast talking, are not familar with the story or do not like characters skewed from the original.

Entertaining, Thought-provoking, Resonant, Relevant, Absorbing

See it if you want to see a play based on Chekov's play, "The Cherry Orchard".

Don't see it if you want to see a play with great staging. This is a bare bones play, but the actors do the best they can.

Confusing, Relevant, Great acting

See it if a shortened version of The Cherry Orchard, great acting

Don't see it if doesn't get the use of media/projector, set in the 70s but only the costumes are in the 70s
