About the Show

August Strindberg's drama about a marriage pushed to its limits, performed in Norwegian.

Alice & Edgar - who live on a remote island off the coast of Sweden - are stuck in a dysfunctional marriage. As their 25th wedding anniversary approaches, a new arrival to the island disrupts their lives, and their insular existence begins to spiral out of control.

The National Theatre of Norway returns to The Coronet Theatre to perform Strindberg’s 'Dance of Death' in their native Norwegian.

Marit Moum Aune directs this new production.
