Inspired by the true story of Tyisha Miller, a 19-year-old Black woman who was fatally shot by California police officers in 1998, the play juxtaposes the clinical details of the Coroner's report with vivid memories of her life. Through rap, beatboxing, hip-hop dance, and spoken word, it reconstructs moments of joy, identity, and resilience while examining the violence that ended her life.

Written and directed by Rickerby Hinds (known for pioneering hip-hop theatre and works exploring race, social justice, and urban culture), the production blends multiple performance disciplines into a single theatrical form. The London presentation is produced by Andy Jordan Productions and Hindsight Productions.

Originally presented to critical acclaim at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe, the production received a Fringe Theatre Award before transferring to New York. It subsequently returned to London following its earlier runs, continuing its exploration of race, policing, memory, and the celebration of a life beyond the circumstances of its death.
