Proteus Theatre Company's exploration of #MeToo & why it's so difficult for women to succeed.

Performance artist Catherine Shaw spent the 90s shocking the art world. She’s always considered herself to be a feminist, but hindsight is 20/20, and now she’s questioning if she enabled the culture she now sees being called out post #MeToo. An ambitious Curator approaches her to put her work in a new exhibition when a scandal breaks and she is unwittingly caught in the centre.

Using animation and AI-generated projections, 'Indestructible' takes uncompromising female artists, from Lee Miller to the Guerrilla Girls via Sinead O’Connor and Taylor Swift, and asks why is it still so difficult for female Artists to succeed.

This production is recommended for ages 14+.
