Romantic, Intelligent, Great staging, Great singing, Entertaining

See it if You like musical theatre. Some great performances from a small cast, with some good songs. Interesting take on different ideals.

Don't see it if You’re not into musicals, or want a big flashy show. Science vs religious beliefs - obviously don’t expect a definitive outcome.

"The off-putting title seemed more related to the somewhat dispiriting moral that we might be obliged to limit our curiosity if we want to get along with each other and with ourselves. It was not a sentiment with which I could agree."

"This production is billed as being "prior to off-Broadway" and one can only hope that a substantial amount of work will be done on the show before the notoriously tough New York critics get to it."

"For all its evident skill and good intentions, 'Killing the Cat' becomes a case of diminishing returns. The bottom line is I didn’t care enough about the characters’ arguments and dilemmas to make the show matter."
