Home-schooled teenager Cady Heron navigates the social minefield of North Shore High, where “The Plastics” — Regina, Gretchen, and Karen — dominate the school hierarchy. As Cady tries to topple Regina’s reign, she discovers the challenges of high school politics, friendship, and the social rules that govern teenage life.

The musical features a creative team of award-winning talent: Tina Fey (creator of 30 Rock) wrote the book, Jeff Richmond (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) composed the music, Nell Benjamin (Legally Blonde) wrote the lyrics, and Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon) directed and choreographed. This team brings a combination of comedic expertise and musical theatre experience to the production.
