Noel Coward’s comedy follows celebrated stage actress Geri Essendine as she prepares to leave for an African tour while managing an increasingly chaotic personal life. Surrounded by devoted admirers, persistent lovers, theatrical acquaintances, and her estranged husband, Geri struggles to maintain control as competing demands close in around her. The play examines celebrity, vanity, aging, and performance through Coward’s fast-paced dialogue and social satire.

The production is directed by Lindsay Posner, whose recent stage work includes Noises Off with Felicity Kendal, A View From the Bridge with Dominic West, and The Deep Blue Sea with Tamsin Greig.
