This condensed adaptation of George Bernard Shaw’s epic places Joan of Arc in a contemporary interrogation room, distilling her life, visions, trials, and execution into a ninety-minute exchange between Joan and her Interrogator. Scenes shift fluidly between reenactment and reflection, combining elements of courtroom testimony, documentary realism, and mediated confession. Performed as both live theatre and film, the structure allows Joan’s encounters and alleged miracles to unfold through dialogue, memory, and imagined imagery.
