New take, Great chorus, Queer, Quirky

See it if you are familiar with the work of Sappho or a fan of Greek theatre. New text using the ancient style to dwell on democracy and marriage.

Don't see it if you are hoping for something traditional or straight-forward. It's genre-defying and the messages/delivery are forced at times.

Quirky, Great acting, Confusing

See it if You like to hear some Sappho’s poetry. As member of the LGBTQ+ community I was not satiesfied with the plot, but the actors are incredible.

Don't see it if You are not fond of the LGBTQ community and you don’t like Greek poetry. Read more
