BRIT Award-winner KT Tunstall pens the score for this new musical based on the 2000 comedy movie.
After her husband dies under suspicious circumstances, Grace has to face life alone and is on the verge of bankruptcy. After discovering an unlikely friend in her gardener Matthew, the pair become budding entrepreneurs and create a new joint venture to solve their financial troubles. Dipping their toes into the dark side of horticulture, Grace and Matthew light up the sleepy seaside town of Port Isaac.
Based on the movie that inspired the TV series 'Doc Martin', the world premiere of 'Saving Grace' features new songs by KT Tunstall, a book by acclaimed playwright April de Angelis, and is directed by Tony Award nominee Laurence Connor.
