A story of acceptance, belonging and learning from elders in order to follow a fulfilling path.
1950. In Tanya Bridgeman's celebratory play about mixed-race identity, a granddaughter listens to her Bajan and Irish Grandmothers as they tell tales about their lives. After listening to their stories, she is prompted to take action in her own life and seeks to make herself worthy of filling their shoes. This play features music and spoken word.
