Sophie Swithinbank's drama about an imprisoned mother trying to reconnect with her daughter.

Closely watched by security, a daughter visits her mother in prison, with 1 hour on the clock. Mother tries to keep things light, but they have no choice but to confront the series of events that led them both here. Thirteen years after being separated from one another, they have both forgotten how to love each other, and this is their last chance to connect.

'Surrender' takes audiences on a journey through the life of a flawed woman trying to survive in a system that set her up to fail.
