Two office workers wrestle ambition and sanity in Will Lord’s sharp corporate satire.

While Darwin’s day begins with an episode of Seinfeld and a joint, Richie embraces extreme self-optimization through ice baths, meditation, and rigorous workouts. When an opportunity for a rapid promotion presents itself, Richie’s growing struggles with OCD and Darwin’s family connections threaten to unravel both their friendship and their future prospects.

The production is directed by Anna Ledwich, known for her work on anthropology, Labyrinth, and the Olivier-nominated Dry Powder and Four Minutes Twelve Seconds, all at Hampstead Theatre.

Hampstead Theatre produces this world premiere, continuing its tradition of nurturing new voices in contemporary theatre.
