An unlikely friendship forms between a young boy and a man; both escaping an unnamed country & their past. Searching for a new life in a big city, their paths cross with a young woman also attempting to deal with her trauma. 'The Boy' explores identity, belonging, resilience, and the boundless power of human connection.

Maria Jose Andrade directs this production, which is recommended for ages 13+.

See it if You would like to know about what refugees go through and don't expect more than what you read from the plot summary

Don't see it if You expect some sort of closure, it was abrupt. Also, a heads up that narration and multiple characters are done by the actors
