An award-winning musical exploring the untold story of how Bulgaria saved Jewish lives during WWII.

Set to live folk music, 'The Brief Life & Mysterious Death of Boris III, King of Bulgaria' is a Hamilton-style musical telling the story of underdogs as they stand up to Hitler and save the lives of nearly 50,000 Jews.

The show was the second runner-up in The Popcorn New Writing Award in partnership with the BBC commissioning team, and the winner of VAULT Festival origins award.

N.B. This show contains strong language, and references to war and antisemitism, and is recommended for ages 12+.
