Set in the Sundarbans, this adaptation follows Mowgli as he grows up among the animals of a dense and unpredictable jungle. Surrounded by wolves, birds, and tigers, he navigates a world where danger is constant and survival depends on loyalty and instinct. As threats emerge from both the natural environment and hidden forces, Mowgli must confront questions of identity and belonging while trying to protect those closest to him.
Adapted by Anupama Chandrasekhar and directed by Indhu Rubasingham, the production features puppetry by Finn Caldwell and Nick Barnes, bringing the animal world and its conflicts to life onstage.
