A solo play exploring Liz Truss’ final morning at Number 10, blending comedy and tragedy.
The production follows Liz Truss on her last morning at Number 10, examining the tensions inherent in politics. Through a blend of comic and tragic moments, the play explores themes of ambition versus ability and vision versus reality, reflecting on the pressures of leadership in a compressed, critical timeframe.
The creative team includes playwright Greg Wilkinson and director Anthony Shrubsall. The show features set and costume design by Male Arcucci, lighting design by Tom Younger, and production by Oxia Theatre with associate producer Sarah Lawrie. This award-winning solo show has previously received acclaim at Kennington’s White Bear Theatre, with Emma Wilkinson Wright winning Best Actor at the London Pub Theatre Awards 2025.
