A girl's paper dolls come to life, embarking on a whimsical adventure through time and imagination.

When a young girl cuts out a string of paper dolls, they come to life, hand in hand, for a magical journey. Ticky, Tacky, Jackie the Backie, Jim with two noses, and Jo with the bow race through her home and garden, leaping across time and diving into thrilling adventures. From escaping a toy dinosaur’s grip to dodging the snapping jaws of an oven-glove crocodile, their world is full of wonder—until they face a real boy with real scissors, ready to cut their adventure short.
