A white teacher is killed in a predominantly Black neighbourhood, triggering a high-stakes race among journalists to break the story first. As new evidence emerges, the case becomes increasingly complex, forcing the reporters to question how far they are willing to go to publish their version of events. What begins as a competitive newsroom chase evolves into a deeper examination of race, power, and the ethics of reporting.

The play is written by Tracey Scott Wilson, whose work often examines social and political issues through character-driven storytelling. This production is directed by Clint Dyer (Death of England).
