About the Show

The UK tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's new adaptation of the classic movie following Dorothy's magical adventure through Oz.

When Dorothy and her dog Toto are whisked away to the magical land of Oz by a tornado, she embarks on a journey to find the Wizard of Oz in order to return home to her aunt & uncle in Kansas. As she travels from Munchkinland down the Yellow Brick Road, she meets a scarecrow in need of a brain, a tin man in need of a heart, and a cowardly lion in need of courage. Together, they encounter challenges and obstacles, including the wicked witch of the west, discovering the true meaning of friendship and home along the way.

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Jeremy Sams have adapted L. Frank Baum's novel into this brand-new production, which contains all of the musical numbers from the movie including 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow' & 'We're Off To See The Wizard' plus additional songs by Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice. This production heads on its first UK tour, following its premiere at the Leicester Curve in 2022, and run at the London Palladium in 2023.

This production stars RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne as The Wicked Witch Of The West and Gary Wilmot as The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

This production is recommended for ages 6+.
