An adventure-filled adaptation of Joan Aiken’s children's story about two girls beating the odds.

Two valiant cousins, Bonnie and Sylvia, are joined by Simon the Gooseboy in a journey across inhospitable land to defeat wolves and general evil as they seek to free themselves from their villainous guardian, Miss Slighcarp. Undeterred by anything thrown at them, their plucky tale is set to lively music and delivered with a little magic. Russ Tunney adapts the work of Joan Aiken MBE, winner of the Guardian Children’s Fiction Prize and the Edgar Allen Poe Award.
