After spending decades in prison, Mac sets out to find the daughter he has never met. Unaware of his search, she is spiraling toward conflict with her ex-lover’s family as her volatile temper repeatedly pulls her into confrontation. Her current partner, JayJayJay, attempts to keep his distance from trouble, but becomes entangled in a family dynamic defined by instability and unresolved grievances. The story places questions of redemption, personal control, and family obligation in direct opposition as past and present collide.
