Three brothers, small, medium, and large, must cross a rickety bridge to reach the greener pastures on the other side. The troll lurks beneath the bridge and threatens to eat each goat as they pass. Using wit and strategy, the billy goats trick the troll, ultimately sending their largest brother across the bridge, who easily defeats the troll.
