Olivier Award-winning family science show featuring live experiments and demonstrations.
This live science show presents a series of on-stage experiments exploring scientific principles through demonstration and spectacle. From controlled explosions to high-risk tests, the production recreates scenarios designed to illustrate the extremes of physics, chemistry and everyday science in a theatrical setting.
Inspired by the Brainiac television series, the show features a team of presenters conducting experiments that would be unsafe to attempt outside a controlled environment. The format combines staged demonstrations with comedic elements, maintaining a fast-paced structure as each segment introduces a new concept or visual experiment.
Following its 2025 Olivier Award for Best Family Show, the production returns to the West End. Presented at the Garrick Theatre, it continues its run as a family-oriented programme that blends scientific education with live performance.
