About the Show

Round House's production of the final installment in August Wilson's Century Cycle.

A real estate developer named Harmond Wilks sets his sights on becoming the first Black mayor of Pittsburgh. Big corporations are ready to move in, but in order for that to happen, a house—one that belongs to Wilson's legendary Aunt Ester—must be torn down. Wilks and his city are thrust into a battle between the past and the future.
