Round House Theatre & Olney Theatre Center's co-production of this Tony Award-winning musical.

Musician, activist and global star Fela Anikulapo Kuti is playing his farewell show in Nigeria in the late 70s. After losing his mother at the hands of a violent dictator, Fela’s final act in Nigeria is to use his iconic Afrobeat music to tell his story of survival and global revolution.

The Tony Award-winning and Grammy-nominated musical tells the inspiring true story of one man’s fight against corruption and oppression.
