Absorbing, Great songs, Great staging, Intelligent, Resonant

See it if you love Sondheim. It's a gift to hear the songs in context. A touching play about life choices. Some grand spectacle, too.

Don't see it if you want perfect casting. BPeters was a disappointment. She couldn't sing the role and I found her acting stiff. Lots of other talent, tho. Read more

See it if Sondheim a his best. Wonderful music and talent. Real human emotions, motives and feelings in the way that only Sondheim can reveal them.

Don't see it if you don't like musicals.
