Funny, Masterful, Delightful, Entertaining, Clever

See it if You want a FUN show. No plot. No drama. No twists and turns. Just an assortment of folks onstage having fun rhyming/free-styling for you.

Don't see it if You don’t appreciate the art or can’t relax and just have fun with the loose fit feel of this out of the box show. Read more

See it if you like hit-or-miss musical improv a la "Whose Line Is It Anyway" or UCB; you seek an upbeat entertainment & a possible celebrity cameo.

Don't see it if ur an actual fan of freestyle rap [Make no mistake: This is no cypher. It's all played for comedy]; u seek a show worthy of Bway prices. Read more

"At my performance, it was a thrill to see James Monroe Iglehart. You know him as 'Aladdin's' original genie. I think they're all genies of a sort, magically rhyming without distort. Hats off to Lin-Man and his amazing tribe — it's impossible not to dig their crazy vibe."

"This isn't an introspective show. No group member attempts to persuade you that anything done on stage is IMPORTANT. What IS important, however, is the shared theatrical experience between the artists and audience members and finding truth in the moment."

"A subsidiary of Lin-Manuel Inc… closer to comedy club than Broadway fare… . If the show isn't always a consummate entertainment, the performers are always impressive, and also fun. And if they are often more fun than funny, they are certainly never at a loss for words."

"Even if you are aware that some nights may be home runs and others mere doubles, I imagine a strike-out must be impossible, at least given the sheer inventiveness, energy and innate talent of the performers I saw."
