See it if although not as good as when I saw it in the 80 s , this was a good production. It was not as raucous as the first time I saw it, nontheless
Don't see it if good. If you really enjoyed the 80's version, you will not like this one as much.
See it if you love revisiting an old chestnut. Still funny moments, but the premise is creeky (we can't all leave reality) and the acting disappoints.
Don't see it if you expect great performances from JEJones and EAshley. I found Ashford too broad. Great set and costumes. Good brisk pace. Flat ending.
See it if you enjoy comedies that are dated. You want to see what the fuss about Hart and Kaufman is.
Don't see it if you enjoy musicals and walking out of the theater have laughed, forgotten your own troubles or what have you while humming one of the tunes.
See it if you enjoy classic, quick paced stories and watching theater stalwarts in action as they grapple with stilted scripts and dated storylines
Don't see it if you enjoy contemporary pieces with a strong story arch
See it if Delightful ensemble cast, funny and charming, with a classic story. Go for the epitome of classic drawing room romance, stay for the comedy.
Don't see it if You want something much more modern. This wasn't trying to be anything it wasn't. Nice to see a prof. take on this much performed classic.
See it if a great production of a great show; proves that even an old show can be timeless and fresh with the right cast (and this cast is great)
Don't see it if family-friendly camp from years ago is not your style, you have something against James Earl Jones
See it if great comedy in the hands of a masterful cast leaves you wanting more. Still relevant and touching today as when it was written.
Don't see it if zany comedies that make you rethink life aren't for you.
See it if Wonderful ensemble cast, beautiful staging, fascinating family members. All their quirks and flaws. Lots of laughter. Julie Halston
Don't see it if You only like cutting edge new humor, fast paced, wise cracking.
