See it if You are a fan of reduced cast productions of classic plays, this has only 5 actors
Don't see it if You expect Rostand, this adaptation bounces between comedy and drama awkwardly , don't expect Fiasco or Bedlam .
See it if want to see a pleasant and mostly funny new adaptation of Rostand acted by a small game cast; "Bedlam light"
Don't see it if want more poetry and more theatrical surprises
See it if love Cyrano and simply MUST see the balcony scene again. This was my 3rd time seeing a production and that's the only memorable scene.
Don't see it if are expecting a charming farce. The humor is forced and the adaptation a missed opportunity. Actors are fine, but below TRT usual quality.
See it if You enjoy the classics with minimal updating. Also if you like comedy and swordplay.
