Literally Alive children's theater company presents the classic tale of "Beauty and the Beast," in an original musical and a pre-show arts workshop. More…
There once was a young girl named Beauty who didn’t seem to fit in. Her nose was always stuck in a book and unlike her sisters; she wasn’t looking for a Prince Charming to rescue her. What she wanted was adventure and that’s just what she found. In order to settle her father’s debt, she goes to live in a magical castle with a mysterious beast. What she discovers is her true self, friendship and the meaning of love.
See it if We only stayed for twenty minutes, very bad show. We left and went to Washington Square Park to enjoy the day.
Don't see it if If you value your money do not go.
See it if Love Disney! Brilliantly beautiful and magical!
Don't see it if Don’t like Disney or have small children scared of the beast
See it if It is one of your favorites
Don't see it if You are not a love story person.
See it if Enchanting musical with love "inanimate objects" like Luminere and Mrs. Potts and Chip. Enchanting when these characters talk sing and dance
Don't see it if Just see. No longer on Broadway.
See it if you're taking children who appreciate theatre and fairy tales and can disassociate this from "the Disney version."
Don't see it if you can't appreciate the "let's put on a show" mentality. Charming but amateur and stagy.
