Great singing, Romantic, Great acting, Slow, Thought-provoking

See it if you like the story in songs where some were powerful, some very lovely and sweet, and some sounded the same. Intimate feeling to the theater

Don't see it if you don't like too much singing of some long songs that sounds repetitive.

Also Good voices and singing all around. For a couple of the songs the key ... Read more Read less

Ambitious, Entertaining, Enchanting, Delightful, Great acting

See it if You like a cast of talented actors with a story line and musical song numbers in between. The lead actor playing Frankenstein was great.

Don't see it if You like modernized twists on stories. And movement within the aisles of a play or stage

Entertaining, Enchanting, Intelligent, Committed, Enjoyable

See it if You like modern music around retelling a of old tales, a cast who were “all in” with their performances, creative use of space for staging

Don't see it if You need fancy sets, perfect singing, don’t care for modern music

Ambitious, Slow, Great acting, Great singing

See it if you want to see a new take of 'Frankenstein' with some catchy songs and great acting.

Don't see it if you want something new and different. It does what it says on the tin.

Disappointing, Great singing, Indulgent

See it if you have a keen interest in this famous tale

Don't see it if you are expecting a new twist on the dated story of Frankenstein

60
Ambitious, Disappointing, Indulgent

See it if You’re desperate to see a Frankenstein tale that focuses on Mary Shelley.

Don't see it if “Frankenstein: The Musical” makes you expect a musical version of Frankenstein.

Also Robert Fairchild’s artistry needs support from the text

Ambitious, Confusing, Disappointing, Slow

See it if You like live music, are ok with a semi-professional production and don't need the Monster to be even remotely scary.

Don't see it if You have other options for the evening, get easily distracted, or can't sit still if the production isn't exactly riveting.

Also I really wanted to like this show but they lost me in the first five m... Read more Read less

Banal, Disappointing, Great writing, Intense

See it if You are dying to see an adaptation of the book and are okay watching crummy singers try to act.

Don't see it if You love the book. It's one of my favorites and I was extremely disappointed by the book. The score was pretty good, but the actors weren't.

Confusing, Disappointing

See it if If you have too much free time and love wasting money. If you’re a fan of weird choreography go ahead. If you want to support small cast.

Don't see it if I couldn’t tell if the it was the bad acting or the awful dialogue that ruined the show for me. A highschool could do better.

Clever, Great acting, Great staging, Great writing, Masterful

See it if You enjoy serious content and are prepared to be intellectually challenged. This show deals with philosophical issue of Creator and Creation

Don't see it if If you think it's just gross to make a human out of dead bodies' leftovers. If your relugion doesn't allow that kind of exploration.
