Hereafter is a new musical that explores what happens when a loved one dies from the perspective of both the living and the dead.
It is December 1999 and three women have come together at the New Jersey home of world-renowned medium, Jason Richards. They are participating in a group reading, desperate to make contact with their lost loved ones. Unbeknownst to them, the spirits materialize during the reading and, like the living; they are also having a great deal of difficulty moving on. But something happens during the session that convinces the spirits that Jason truly has the gift of communicating with the “other side."
