A new musical comedy pays tribute to New York City's resilience during the pandemic.

Celebrate the resilience and spirit of New Yorkers in the face of adversity with the critically acclaimed Irish-American musical comedy written and composed by Jacki Thrapp, with additional material by charting composer Billy Recce. The show pays homage to the one thing that helped New York City survive the pandemic: alcohol.

With side-splitting humor, the play takes us on a journey with a female bar owner and her customers as they navigate the challenges of the pandemic and search for a glimmer of hope. Drawing inspiration from real-life bars that remained open during the darkest times of 2020, including the legendary Bar Nine, this musical comedy is a tribute to the resilience and camaraderie of the human spirit.
