Ambitious, Historically interesting, Elevated language, Thought-provoking, Great acting

See it if The Red Bull Theater does highly impressive readings...close to one a month, all w/great actors. TAT was dark and bloody...lots of evil/good

Don't see it if Not every reading shines, but most do. RBT presents comedies/tragedies/old works/new works. Most merit a 85 or 90! This one was clunky, tho.

Also I'm catching up on old reviews. I'm a big fan of RBT readings! So much... Read more Read less

Great acting, Refreshing, Entertaining

See it if You want to discover a rarely performed classical play. You like plays with verse. You want to see great acting.

Don't see it if You don't like classical plays. You don't like plays in verse. You'd rather see a better known classical play.

"shakespearean language", Challenging, great actors

See it if You appreciate readings & can focus on antiquated language, a good "moral" tale told by 'thespians' with beautiful, resonant voices.

Don't see it if You have a short attention span and don't like an intellectual challenge.

Intense, Quirky, Absorbing, Ambitious, Great acting

See it if You like Canterbury Tales, unrepentant connivers, true lovers & bawdy cougars. (What did they call lusty women who chase young men in 1600?)

Don't see it if Trying to follow Shakespearean dialogue stresses you out.

Absorbing, Clever, Edgy, Original, Quirky

See it if Classic language and hidden jokes are your thing. If you like Shakespeare and can understand his humor, you'll definitely enjoy this.

Don't see it if Shakespeare and classic language is confusing to you.

Delightful, Ambitious, Enchanting, Great acting, Exquisite

See it if Of ur a person that goes to church its a great movie about religious and how people LUV and sacrifice for luv

Don't see it if If u don't go to church these is not the movie for you

Clever, Great acting, Dated

See it if You enjoy seeing rarely produced classic works brought to life by seasoned actors.

Don't see it if Minimalist staging or classic Jacobean language might prove troublesome.
