About the show

Literally Alive presents a children's musical inspired by the well-known folk tale, reset in Revolutionary War America. Recommended for ages 3 and up. More…

Two lost soldiers stumble upon a village while searching for food and shelter. Unfortunately, the villagers aren't willing to share with these weary men until the soldiers begin to make their favorite meal: Stone Soup. This classic story, told with mirth and music, makes viewers realize that anything is possible if we all work together. To enhance that message of community, the audience is asked to bring canned goods, which will be donated to a local soup kitchen.

See it if you love a classic story with a great message. It is a little less than an hour so it's perfect for little ones but great for parents too!

Don't see it if you don't appreciate the message of working together or want a lot of glitz and glam.
