Clever, Intriguing, Sui generis

See it if You enjoy a very broad concept of theater. This intimate interactive story sneaks up on you to be more than a fun story with free beer.

Don't see it if You need a proscenium, don't want to be personally involved, and don't see any value in punk rock.

See it if you love punk rock and talking/thinking about how music influences you, you like intimate performance

Don't see it if you want a performance that's not from the POV of a young white man and an older white man

Don't see it if Mr Lynn talks at rapid pace, difficult to pick up dialogue at times. Story adds no vakue

"Then comes the story, which Mr. Lynn rattles off in mile-a-minute haste and a confident actor’s control of the audience...As directed by Shaw, the story, captivating and sad and beautifully delivered, is leavened by its pacing and its charmingly low-tech special effects. But I couldn’t help feeling, as I have with other Rude Mechs productions, that the deliberately anti-theatrical mode of presentation has uncoupled itself from the powerful theme the show seeks to dramatize."
