Jason Robert Brown's musical explores the diverging paths of young journalists in the late 90s.

Renowned Tony Award-winning composer Jason Robert Brown (known for Parade) presents a timely new musical that delves into the diverging paths of two talented young journalists during the late 1990s, within a rapidly evolving media landscape. The narrative unfolds at The Connector, a respected magazine, where we encounter Ethan Dobson, an up-and-coming journalist, and Robin Martinez, an assistant copy editor. In a world that values sensationalism, Ethan's writing talent and ambition push him to confront the extent he'll go for the ultimate scoop, while Robin is compelled to question how far she'll go to rein him in.

It features a book by Jonathan Marc Sherman, with Brown leading the band at each performance and reuniting with director Daisy Prince, known for their collaboration on The Last Five Years and Songs for a New World.
