Great acting, Entertaining, Enchanting, Ambitious, Absorbing

See it if you want to be spellbound by a master storyteller. Characters are distinct and the music and lighting take the experience to the next level.

Don't see it if you don’t like one-man shows, only enjoy musicals, are looking for something serious with no fluff, or want flashy sets/costumes. Read more

Delightful, Enchanting, Funny, Great acting, Must see

See it if you want to see a phenomenal 1 man show. Great story, & fantastic acting. Every character is unique. Amazing it's 1 man on a bare stage.

Don't see it if you want to see an elaborate Broadway musical.

Refreshing, Great acting, Enchanting, Clever

See it if Jason Woods stands on a bare stage, without costume changes, and transforms himself into multiple characters. Pure genius. What an actor.

Don't see it if You don't care for 90 minute one man shows, but you will be missing out on a magical fairy tale told by a man playing many characters.

See it if All the creative characters were so delightfully portrayed. Entertaining storyline with humorous twists. Sound could have been louder.

Don't see it if I found some of the monolog hard to hear.

Not just for kids

See it if To witness a jaw dropping performance by an uber talented actor whose comedic chops (and writing) are spot on.

Don't see it if You think fairy tales are silly and just for kids. You might still love it anyway.

"The Near Disaster of Jasper & Casper" is a thoroughly enjoyable, quirky fairy tale told by an expert storyteller, Jason Woods. By the end of this foray into the woods, it was time to go, I hated to leave, I had to, though. Worth a second viewing.

"'The Near Disaster of Jasper & Casper,' more than proves that magic, adventure and transformation are possible on a seemingly bare stage."
