Thought-provoking, Great acting, Intelligent, Relevant, Slow

See it if you want to see a dysfunctional marriage, a daughter trying to care for her ailing father, and a past haunted by a false accusation.

Don't see it if you want a musical or a happier story. The play is slow at times but is wonderfully acted.

Relevant, Thought-provoking, Intelligent, Great acting, Absorbing

See it if Two mostly unmeshed stories of adulterous unhappily married daughter and her father haunted by memories of being hunted by Joe McCarthy.

Don't see it if Slow at times with 7 (good) mostly disconnected actors speaking in monologues.

Could be condensed, Is the ending satisfying?, Is the ending dissatisfying???, Terrific acting

See it if you want to compare yesteryears’ politics with the chaos of today. A father’s deteriorating mind gets interrogated; a mom seeks passion.

Don't see it if You’re not caffeinated. Surprisingly captivating at times. Set: chairs and a well-used bed. Power of ending arguable. Writing virtuous. Read more

Great acting, Disappointing, Ambitious

See it if into a play about turmoil - the daughter's family life in the '00s, the father's McCarthyism case. 7-hander, female lead, great acting.

Don't see it if well... slow at times, linking the 2 stories not that impactful. Using short scenes curbs development, giving this play a "miss" sense.
