About the Show

Driven by her over-scheduled, overachieving life, Tracy Boyd encounters an unexpected medical diagnosis in this new musical. A one-night concert reading with a portion of the proceeds benefiting The Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative.

Based on a true story, this fast-paced 90 minute show chronicles Tracy's roller coaster life over the course of one transformative year with humor, courage, wit, and strength. With high stakes for herself and her support team, we root for Tracy as she navigates the unknown.

A program of The Actors Fund, The Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative was founded to help women in entertainment navigate the steps that follow a life-changing diagnosis.

See it if you like great singing; interesting lyrics; good ensemble cast. You are able to look at serious illness with humor. Agree should play as is.

Don't see it if perhaps if you or someone close is dealing with Cancer. Not sure I can recommend to someone like that, though I bought the CD to give.
