Red queen rocks

See it if You want to see great new talent: Crystal Arnette (Queen of Hearts) & Paul Hinkes ( Cheshire Cat) Can enjoy theater aimed at kids

Don't see it if Sound quality would ruin your ability to enjoy ( something was wrong with microphones or speakers at the performance I saw)

Also This is a great ensemble cast - with Crystal Arnette as the rockstar Red Queen + other ensemble roles - she is impossible to take your eyes off, with amazing physicality throughout. Paul Hinkes gives us a cool combo of Elvis ( deep romantic voice) Clive Owen ( sexy charm) & John Cuzak ( snarky charm) Unfortunately Lily Fryburg as Alice is not as strong - Hard to believe she is excited, fearful or any other emotion. In fact if Alice had been well cast I would have scored this show at 90+ Michael Mahler's music & lyrics are fantastic. Great choreography !

Great singing, Great staging, Great acting, Overrated, Cliched

See it if you have kids who need a remix on Alice& Wonderland to learn about this classic work.

Don't see it if you are not into Lewis Carroll's bizarre world.

"Performed like a choreographed concert on a fairly bare stage, 'Wonderland' features a versatile cast of 10, all quadruple threats. They sing, dance, act, and play all the instruments...Like the source material, the musical is episodic in nature...But it's the wonderful and eclectic songs that tie everything together. Stylistically, each one perfectly fits the character who sings it...There is some really exceptional songwriting here...If there were an original cast album, I would buy it!"
