Graham Chili, a country boy from Texas, moves to NYC to pursue his dream of becoming a cabaret singer. Looking to make friends and in the spirit of his religious hometown, he enters a Times Square mega-church in search of the 'choir practice' room. Instead, he accidentally stumbles upon four different 12-step addiction meetings going on in the basement that change the course of his life.
See it if Can sit for 2 1/2 hours of a show that is difficult to hear (the do not use microphones). And can deal with the premise of the show
Don't see it if Don't like overacting, sometimes funny mostly painful to sit through.
See it if you like new productions that are daring enough to present controversial and sensitive subjects- in a different yet workable presentation
