Exquisite, Great staging, Thought-provoking, Great writing, Great acting

See it if you want meditations on existence, companionship, making meaning, and death in a Talking Band x Anne Bogart package.

Don't see it if you want any of the drivers of a standard play, like plot and characters; you hate the sound of typewriters. Read more

Great writing, Thought-provoking, Intelligent, Great acting, Delightful

See it if you would like to ponder your life, the time you have, the decisions you make, the way you react to others. Two-hander that is exquisite.

Don't see it if you need a fast moving, glitzy show or don't like watching repetitive action (it's typing here) as you reflect & await the next declaration.

Profound, Resonant, Thought-provoking, Great acting, Absorbing

See it if Anne Bogart's elegiac dramedy on life, companionship & aging through the essential tenets of Existentialism Leads Maddow & Zimet are sublime

Don't see it if Drama follows its own rhythms (not unlike life itself) & we can only follow; most powerful moments are those of silence & the retro typing

Slow, Overrated, Disappointing, Confusing

See it if You want an exploration of existential concepts wrapped in a loose narrative

Don't see it if You want something that's easily accessible

See it if masters of experimental theater play with heady stuff. It's fun too.

Great staging, Disappointing, Fluffy, Indulgent, Overrated

See it if you like experimental theatre, can get cheap tickets, and are interested in movement/staging.

Don't see it if you know anything about existentialism, want a story, don't like experimental theatre.

Clever, Aging, Experimental, Ambitious, Enchanting

See it if You like experimental theatre, want to think about aging from the perspective of people that are already old.
