This new play with songs tells the story of the trials and triumphs of an ambitious, gay young woman in the traditionally male-dominated music business.
Spanning several decades, 'Facing the Bull' follows Bonna as she pursues her professional dreams, while trying to maintain a stable relationship with the woman she loves. Faith and doubt, adventure and risk, love and courage come into play as Bonna tells her story through original songs and memory play, accompanied by five actor/musicians.
