Ambitious, Confusing, Quirky, Disappointing

See it if you like the Folk Rock music of Lisa Bonner. This is a concert with biographical dialogue between songs; band members play the parts

Don't see it if you expect a play. The characters are thinly presented. The plot points are described more than shown. Songs don't always match situations.

Ambitious, A few songs entertained

See it if You want an 80min. feminist manifesto w music & very enthusiastic cast. Lisa Bonner has a following & they seemed to love every minute.

Don't see it if Wish the musicians were better actors, the songs didn't all sound the same, U have trouble hearing or don't like shows in nontrad. spaces. Read more

Absorbing, Enchanting, Delightful, Great singing, Quirky

See it if Folk rock tale of a woman's life in detail interest you. Good music and staging but short songs.

Don't see it if You want some deep meaning

Entertaining, Delightful, Absorbing, Ambitious, Refreshing

See it if If you want to see a woman side of things as the more male partner through decades of song and plot.

Don't see it if You are anti gay rights.

Sincere, Ambitious, Great acting, Relevant

See it if you like shows that delve deeply into a character and tell about their life.

Don't see it if you're looking for epic songs or a large show. I also would not recommend this production for anyone with any hearing difficulties. Read more

Relevant, Refreshing, Quirky, Thought-provoking, Resonant

See it if You like intimate, personal stories performed in a non-traditional theater space.

Don't see it if you want a more stereotypical, big, flashy show

Clever, Thought-provoking, Relevant, Resonant, Quirky

See it if you like non-traditional, cabaret style, female journey and self-empowerment, folky rock music in an intimate setting

Don't see it if you prefer polished, big productions in traditional theatrical settings

Confusing, Funish

See it if You want to see a play with nice songs

Don't see it if Don't wanna see a white feminist ending
