Under the shade of an old tree, three men trade stories, laughter, and reflections, revealing both deep wounds and profound loves. By placing tenderness alongside brutality, the piece invites audiences to witness the triumph of the living Black body over a painful legacy, creating a space where survival, identity, and dignity are powerfully affirmed.
