About the show

Stage Left presents this new work about two women in love facing racism and homophobia in 1939. More…

Jimmie LeRoy and Claire Hicks have lived, loved, and performed together for three years. Jimmie has a lifetime of experience as a lesbian and as a male impersonator. Claire, a talented pianist, is with a woman for the first time, and a white woman, at that. The gathering storm of war and a letter from home plummet them into the harsh reality of returning to a segregated U.S.

Disappointing, Overrated, Dated

See it if If you like Christmas songs. Candice Glover was great. Josh has a nice voice. Was really short maybe one hour 15 min.

Don't see it if Your are expecting some excitement. Was way to short. With all the Idols and voice singers out there, could have added more talent.
