See it if you love folk music, great staging, energetic and engaging performers, joyful theatre and heartfelt storytelling. A wonderful delight!
Don't see it if you don't like joyful music and performances or a romantic story of young unrequited love and great acting.
See it if you like the original film, Irish music, or actors playing their own instruments. You like intimate settings.

Don't see it if not into small prodn/venues away from Manhattan, but was worth the trip for a great show. Though less space = more intimate experience.
See it if you’ve ever felt you missed your destiny and want to have a good cry about it. But also, the music and performances are raw and beautiful.

See it if Gallery has staged an elaborate production with superb musician-actors. Rousing and joyous.
Don't see it if It's a chance to see a good production of an overrated show. A little slow with disjointed drama.
See it if you enjoy love stories with wonderful music. Cast seemed to be having so much fun that it was contagious.
